Return and Refund Policy

1. Order Changes and Cancellations Before Shipment:

You can change or cancel your order before the product is shipped. If you wish to do so, please contact customer support: info@yorozuya-jp.com

 

2. Acceptable Returns and Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective products or products that differ from your order. Please contact us within three days of receiving the product (including the delivery date).

As these are food items, we do not accept returns or cancellations due to customer preference, so please choose carefully when ordering.

3. Non-Acceptable Returns and Exchanges:
Notwithstanding the above, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for the following products:

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Products received more than three days ago (including the delivery date).

  • Products damaged or stained by the customer.

  • Products without packaging (bag/case).

  • Other products specified as non-returnable on the product description page (for details, please contact us)

 

4. Return Shipping Costs for Defective or Incorrect Products:

If the product has a clear defect or is incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within three business days after the returned product is received, according to the original payment method.
